Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Two Rivers Campground & Marina website and the services we offer through it, including reservations, event ticketing, and our online store (together, the “Services”). Two Rivers Campground & Marina is operated by Spokane Tribal Enterprises (“Two Rivers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Eligibility & acceptable use

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the involvement of a parent or guardian, to make a reservation or purchase. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and not to:

• interfere with or disrupt the Services or the servers and networks behind them;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or another user's account;
• submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information; or
• use the Services to harass, abuse, or harm another person.

Reservations & bookings

Campground, RV park, and marina reservations are processed through our booking partner. Rates, availability, deposits, check-in/check-out times, and cancellation and refund policies are presented during the booking process and form part of your agreement with us. We may cancel or modify a reservation due to weather, water or site conditions, capacity, safety, or other circumstances; where we cancel, we will work with you on rebooking or a refund consistent with the applicable policy.

Events & ticket purchases

Event dates, lineups, and details may change. Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, tickets are non-refundable and events proceed rain or shine. We may refuse entry or remove guests for unsafe or disruptive conduct. Sponsorship arrangements are governed by the separate agreement entered into for each sponsorship.

Online store

Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change and may contain errors; we reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel or limit orders. Your order is an offer to purchase, and a contract is formed only when we accept and fulfill it. Shipping timelines are estimates, and applicable returns, exchanges, and shipping terms are described at checkout.

Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (such as Square). By submitting a payment you authorize us and our processor to charge your selected payment method for the total amount, including any applicable taxes and fees. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.

Submissions

When you submit information through our forms (for example, contact, vendor, sponsorship, or job-application forms), you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. We may use submissions to respond to and process your request as described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The Services and their content—including text, graphics, logos, and images—are owned by or licensed to Two Rivers and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without our prior written permission, except as allowed by these Terms or applicable law.

Third-party links & services

The Services may link to or rely on third-party websites and services (for example, booking, payment, and mapping providers). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Outdoor recreation, boating, and campground activities carry inherent risks that you assume.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Two Rivers and Spokane Tribal Enterprises will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the transaction giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Two Rivers, Spokane Tribal Enterprises, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington and applicable tribal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to the Services will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction for that location, subject to any applicable rights of the Spokane Tribe of Indians and its enterprises.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision, and your continued use of the Services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
